I combine modern hypnotherapy, mindfulness, creative visualization, energy work and somatic practices to ignite transformation and create lasting change.

Meet Your Guide…
Hi, I’m Deondra, the Creatrix of LUMINA! Like many light workers, I’ve been empathic and intuitive since a child but had to hide my gifts. I overcame a lot of childhood trauma and many dark nights of the soul as an adult. At 18, I had my first spiritually transformative experience (STE) and I began to study meditation and spiritual laws. Shortly after, I became a massage therapist and a few years later a Reiki practitioner. Learning Reiki helped to activate my intuition and I started reading tarot.
Over the past 25 years, I’ve studied many types of spiritual practices, healing modalities, personal development techniques, meditation practices including Transcendental Meditation (TM), breath work, NLP, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and Somatic Trauma Healing. I share elements of all these modalities with my clients.
In 2019 I had another spiritual upgrade and I left my life behind in NYC where I was selling multi-million dollar properties as a real estate agent. I was guided to an excellent hypnotherapist who helped me discover what my higher self wanted to do in this next chapter of my life. I went on to become a Certified Transpersonal Hypnotherapist with The National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapist (NATH). I am also a life coach and training to be a Level 2 ICF Professional Certified Coach.
I’m now living my soul’s dream of traveling the world, empowering women to transform their lives and bringing more love and light to the planet. Namaste!
